Rose's Sweet Onion Recipe

So many people requested this recipe from the 4th of July picnic. She gave me this recipe a few weeks ago and I wanted to share it with you.

3 Large Vidalia Onions Sliced (or any Sweet Onion)
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Vinegar
4 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese

1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Cilantro (dried)
2 Tablespoons Sugar ( Splenda)
1 Teaspoon lemon juice (can be fresh or bottled)

Mix sugar, oil & vinegar until sugar is dissolved
Mix seasonings and other ingredients until blended

Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours before serving
