Whipped Cream Pie

a reduced fat or sugar free graham cracker crust
2 9 oz containers of sugar free cool whip
2 containers (that make 2 quarts) of Crystal Light drink mix
(I use raspberry ice usually, but have used a variety of flavors)

Stir the drink mix into the cool whip. Then put it into the graham cracker crust. Put it into the freezer for a couple of hours before you plan to serve it. Take it out about 15 minutes before serving to let it thaw a bit so it'll cut a bit easier. Fresh fruit can be put on top to "fancy it up" some.
